Stihl KGA 550 Push Sweeper
The KG 550 push sweeper is the entry level push sweeper designed for the occasional user, for cleaning up smooth or uneven surfaces such as asphalt, concrete or pavers around the home, shed or carport.
Lightweight and easy to manoeuvre, using the KG 550 sweeper can complete the job six times faster than using a broom. With a 25 litre easy access bin collecting and emptying is easy. The circular brushes on each side enable larger objects to be picked up, as well as allowing the sweeper to get up close to curbs and walls. Having adjustable height not only makes it easy to adjust to different surfaces, but also allows further adjustment as the roller wears low.
Central height adjustment
The sweeper can be adjusted for different conditions and surfaces with one swift movement. The height adjustment also allows the brush height to be adjusted over time to compensate for brush wear, thus always giving optimium sweeping performance.
STIHL MultiClean
Ensures the sweeping machine can handle all kinds of dirt. Cans, plastic bottles, heavy and wet debris are no problem.
Extended-life gearbox
Direct transmission improves efficiency compared with belt-drive machines, making the machine lighter to push. The circular brushes also turn inward when reversing which prevents dust from being expelled.
Side guide rollers
The spacer rollers at the sides guide the machine when sweeping along objects such as walls or kerbs. These also serve to protect both the sweeper and the wall from damage.
Waste container
The impressively spacious container holds a large amount of debris, but takes up very little space. The tool can be stored upright on the container to save space, without spilling any dirt.
